Centro is right in my neighbourhood. I’m a customer since it’s day 1 and I’m super happy. All the staff I’ve seen are super friendly and efficient. You’ll find everything of your need, right from spices to chocolates to frozen food. Veggies and breakfast are real good quality. The price is tad bit high from the supermarkets but that’s totally understandable for a small store. Highly recommended

Very poor customer service experience! Whoever I spoke to today yelled at me. It was a very simple conversation where I expressed my surprise at the price of an item (exorbitant pricing I must add). Instead of keeping a friendly tone, the person who I spoke to, who I'm assuming is the owner, screamed at me. Definitely not getting any more business from me. Would rather go down to Coles and pay the same or a lower price and not get yelled at!

Excellent customer service and high quality products! We were after rapid test which was hard to find, we just gave them a call and they messaged us when they restocked, easy! Also, during the isolation which was not easy to get same day delivery anywhere else, they catered to our needs. Thank you Centro for supporting us during isolation period, your help was invaluable!

Very convenient with a wide range of different groceries both fresh and packaged, and household goods. I really miss their nasi lemak and nasi goreng from the hot food section though!! Wish they can bring it back...
