Went there on Tuesday evening about an hour before they closed because I couldn’t for the life of me put falsies on my eyes. Alexis, Sierra and Hayley, thank you so much for all the help and giving me some pointers along the way too. They even did a little eyeliner which made my eyes pop too.

I definitely recommend this location as the staff here know exactly what they’re doing. Zero complaints on my end. They were positive and interacted with me the moment I walked in and the moment I left.

p.s to Alexis, Sierra and Hayley, the date went really well and complimented how I looked.

This is hands down the best experience I’ve had in a MAC. Sierra knows exactly what she is doing and took the time to expertly show me how to use the products I was interested in. Both her and Alexis were friendly and engaging while being highly efficient- Sierra managed to do a full face on me while taking care of multiple other customers. Great vibes. I would definitely come back and purchase from this location as the experience made me trust in MAC products again

I was shopping at the Mac cosmetics store in the Core Mall downtown and was given the best customer service from Hayley Feigs. I went in looking for a number of products and Hayley’s patience and creative eye helped me get all the products I needed and more. Hayley offered exceptional service and the rest of the staff were lovely. I definitely recommend the Core location. Best service!

I went yesterday to buy a foundation, Steve helped me and suggested me the exact foundation i was looking for, he gave me the sample to try on. He is a gentleman!
Today, after trying the foundation, i loveedd my skin and i ran to the store to buy it!
Aga helped me today, she is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of love to both! Great customer service!

Alexis went above and beyond to help me locate my favourite MAC blush and get it ordered to my home in Montreal. She gave me so much time and was so friendly. She was one of the highlights of my trip to Calgary, she's a great representative for MAC but also a wonderful ambassador of her city!

10 out of 10 experience. Kenzie is a phenomenal makeup artist and so helpful. She spent 30 minutes + helping me pick out exactly what I need, was very patient, gave great recommendations, and was just all-around lovely! Would highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience here! I've been to a couple MAC stores across the city and have had some less-than-favourable experiences (subjective of course, I just didn't feel as welcome as I did here). I was anxious to step into the store today due to past experiences but the woman working was warm and super friendly. I'll definitely be revisiting this location for future purchases!
