Without going into the medical details I just want to acknowledge Dr Liu for diagnosing a problem I was having that other medical professionals were missing. I literally just walked out of his office a new person. I am so grateful and thankful for Dr Liu! He has that wonderful combination of decades of experience, bedside manner and natural god given talent as a physician.

I went to get my immigration medical done her, and the people were really friendly and helpful. Got my documents in 3-4 days.
I made a mistake in checking some details in the document and they had to open the sealed document and re-do the sealing process, and they did it without complaining and with a smile 🙂

For MANY years now, Dr. Liu has been the captain of my health-care ship, and I have always been thankful for that arrangement. From the first visit, I have personally benefitted from his professional expertise in a wide range of medical areas. At times, when a referral was appropriate, I felt like Dr. Liu was sending me to the specialist that he might recommend to a member of his own family! (I would stuff a phone number in my pocket and leave his office with the confidence of a stock trader armed with insider knowledge 🙂
Several of Dr. Liu’s physician colleagues have mentioned that he is highly respected in the field, basically confirming that I had made an excellent choice of Primary Care provider. But I already knew that….. just by the way he listened to my response to “Mr. Eberle, what brings you into the office today?” The visit often goes like this: Dr. Liu first focuses intently, at times taking more notes than a court stenographer, and then gets down to the business of addressing your concern. His manner inspires trust…it’s kind of a mix, blending crisp efficiency with a dash of humor. He is easy to talk to. And further, I remember a couple of times when he called me personally, long after office hours, just to clarify or discuss something related to a morning appointment. Dr. Liu has earned the highest marks I can give on a review such as this.
In the office, it never bothered me if the wait time went longer than expected. I always knew that an earlier patient had needed extra attention, and that Dr. Liu would give me the same focus and concern when it was my turn. And he has done so, repeatedly. Thanks, Dr Liu! And thanks also to Karina and to Mrs. Liu and the office team.

A really easy process and good experience. The lead staff (C***) is extremely efficient and the doctor's team works with you to address your healthy concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. They want to make sure you can their team are on the same page and comfortable. I know that I can present to Dr. Liu with any healthcare concern and feel confident that he will address it to the best of his ability or get me to someone who can.

Very disappointing! If I could I will leave 0 stars.I have waiting for my test result for months. The first time I called the office, they said if I mailed the sample in, it would take longer time. The day I called was 10 days after I mailed the sample. That was the time range they told me if I mailed it in. Two months later, I called again, they said most likely my sample was lost, she would call the lab and call me back. I didn’t hear anything back for two weeks. So I called again. They said the exactly same thing again “ your sample was most likely lost, I would call the lab this afternoon.” She said she was very busy, she was the only one there. Okay, that means I have been waiting for two weeks but she didn’t make any phone calls too figure out what happened. Till now, about another week passed, I still haven’t heard anything from their office. I don’t know if did something wrong that made them hate me. Or they just don’t care about any patients. I don’t expect to hear anything from them anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr Liu for years and never put a review in, so I thought it was time. Exceptional service at this doctor Liu's office! The staff (Carina especially) is friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Liu and the NP Fengqing, whom I have been seeing the last couple of appointment, are always attentive, knowledgeable, and took their time to address all my concerns. The office is well-organized, and I appreciate the seamless experience from check-in to follow-up. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a professional and patient-focused healthcare environment.

This experience is not me as a patient but as a caretaker for my mother. This is strictly my opinion and observations. This doctor only wants to book appointments with insurance and have no available appointments for actual emergencies. I do not think he cares about any of his patients. Just booking appointments so he can charge insurance. He will make you wait about an hour before he even sees you even though your appointment is at 11:00 and you came there 20 minutes early, you will be seen at 12:30 and he'll make you sit in that room until he's ready. Other people may say oh he's caring for his clients. I'm saying he's not managing his time wisely. That means you should pick less appointments and you should be available for emergencies but that would probably hurt his pocketbook. I tried to get a doctor's note and he wanted to book an appointment just to get a doctor's note. This was so that I could give the bank the information that my mom had dementia and he wanted an appointment just so that he could write me that note. I thought it was the most ridiculous thing to ask for. He knew exactly what my mom had. He knew the problems that she had. I also had her health care, power of attorney and power of attorney and yet we still had to go in just to get a note written that she had dementia and she died with hospice in December with severe dementia she forgot about me and everything. The doctor could have been very thoughtful but instead really just wanted more appointments. I don't have very good things to say about this doctor and I recommend not using him. If you're looking for care, if you're looking for somebody to actually care about your health, this is not the place.
