First time purchasing parts here. Price was good and the transaction was quick and easy.

Update: The part purchased was the wrong part. It was supposed to be a right side electric brake assembly, but it was the left. I didn’t go below 3 stars because I have some of the blame for rushing and not verifying even though the receipt says right side. I would still try them again, I just know to make sure I double check no matter what.

I had to sit in the parking lot and wait nearly 30 minutes for them to open the store. They arrived late that morning. The property is in terrible shape and it is difficult to get in and out from a busy road. There's scraps and parts all over the place and the inside doesn't look like it's been organized in 50 years. When they called and said the work was done, I came soon after and found that the work had not been fully completed. There were still screws and parts on my trailer bed and they had to move stuff out of the way so that I could connect my trailer. Then I found some of the wiring had not been done to my satisfaction with exposed wire nuts located in a place where they would be easily dislodged by loading the trailer. Two of four of the old damaged lights they were to replace, had not been removed and we're still there. They had only replaced one set and left the old broken ones in place. I had to wait while they cut those off. The positives were that they did the work in the time frame promised and for the price quoted. They were also polite and apologized for being late when they opened.

Place is great for trailer repairs and maintenance and has most parts if you need to do anything yourself!

Not too happy with brakes on my trailers. Yes plural. The guys are great I’m just not too sure about what they installed for me. Self adjuster brakes that don’t stop or even try to much are not on my happy list. I will give them more time but if I can’t haul my tractor I will be back for a fix. They did say they would swap with old school brakes so who knows.

Have taken 2 trailers... 2 1/2 weeks to get it done and still not done fully. Charged for things I said not to do. Over priced when it takes this long to get repaired. Poor business! And Sara wants to give you a sob story that I don’t care about as this is a business I pay you to fix my trailer and I leave!?!? Don’t waste your time here!!!

I brought my trailer in to get a hitch repair (wasn't locking). They were initially rather nice and told me that they couldn't provide an estimate immediately but will call me to give one to me prior to starting the work. A week went by and I called back - no one knew my name, phone number or trailer. I had to hold for 12 minutes while they scrambled to find the person that checked me in. When he got on the phone, he stated that they were too busy to work on my trailer that week and would get to it tomorrow.

Another week went by and again, no one called. I called back and they said it would be another 2 weeks for them to even LOOK at my trailer. I thought this was very bad business as it seemed that they operated more like a backyard mechanic rather than a business. I went and picked up my trailer as this experience was pretty sad and to say the least - a waste of my time.
