Dr Nesmith and his staff are amazing! I had the easiest prep for my colonoscopy and endoscopy EVER (and I have had several else where). They were on time and I was in and out in no time! Dr Nesmith is a friendly, listens and explain thing well.

During my visit with Dr. Nesmith, he was personable and had a great bedside manner, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Every encounter with them regardless of need (i.e. appointment scheduling, results, follow-ups, etc.) has been terrible. I don't know if they hate their jobs or if they need additional training, but it's been a very bad experience. Once I receive my results, if I ever get them, I will never go back.

I'm not sure why this place has only 3 stars but that is completely incorrect. I can't speak for all the doctors but Dr. Nesmith and his staff are AMAZING. I would be here all day if I hate to write down everything he did for me. I don't care for going to the doctors office and my problem had been going on at least 10 years..during one of my hospital stays I met Dr. Nesmith and in 3 months, not only did he figure out what happened to me but he also help cure me. I feel so much better. No more stomach problems! He is super funny too lol (or so he thinks lol) I mean he is such a stand up guy. I never write reviews but I have to give credit where it is due, he really helped me get rid of my issue. If you're reading this, thank you Dr. Nesmith and staff! You guys rock!!!
