I ordered my parcel beginning of may. It never arrived, so I reached out to DHL to ask where my parcel was. They told me to reach out to YOLONDO Customer Service to search for my parcel, and the response that I got from them was absolutely abysmal. Their CS is so incredibly rude, never in my life have I been treated like that. Not co-operating at all, telling me my parcel did arrive eventhough it hadn’t, to then tell me it had been sent back to them. To this day I still have not received a refund and they’re ignoring all my mails.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in a company and I’m warning everyone out of USA to NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Fast shipping and handling. The eyeshadow palettes are very pigmented and Beautiful colors. Very affordable prices! All of my products came safe not damaged during the holidays. Nice packaging. I'll recommend and buy again soon.

First of all, this company has great customer service! I placed an order for the cream foundation, and it was out of stock at the time. I knew I would have to wait about a month before I would get my order, but I was fine with that when my order came in not only did the company give me my foundation. They also gave me two free gifts: a maroon eyeshadow foundation and a complementary eyeshadow palette to go with it! The colors are so pigmented and vibrant and just gorgeous. The cream foundation is definitely full coverage. I will be placing a second order soon.

My order was mistakenly swapped with someone else's. When I informed the customer service about it, I quickly received a response and was assured that I would receive the correct order soon. They also let me keep the products that were mistakenly sent to me, and I even received some freebies with my order. This is a wonderful business and I appreciated the help I received. Great customer service and great products. Everything I tried from their shop was great, especially their concealers are absolutely amazing!! I'll definitely order from them again.

Makes up for shipping time with great customer service. My pre-order took over a month to arrive, but when it did arrive I was surprised to find a 5 piece eyeshadow and a eyeshadow base for free with my order. I appreciate the thought and look forward to trying the products.

Can’t say enough good things!!! I usually go for a liquid foundation but was influenced to try the cream evanesce foundation and WOW! Glides on so beautifully and is full coverage - and I don’t have to worry about anything streaking. Color matching was super easy, it matches my skin perfectly and lasts all day. And they sent full size sample products for me to try! Shipping was also fast. 5 stars all the way!!!

I have a hard time finding a concealer and foundation that matches my skin tone. I was on Instagram and found this company. I am forever will be a customer. Perfect match without bleeding more than one makeup to get full coverage.
