El trato es muy bueno pero yo pague 25 dólares por un retoque ,7dolares por arreglar una uña y 60 por un fácial que pensaba era de otra manera , me molestó mucho la manera en la que una de las empleadas le hablo a la otro nose si era dueña pero eso es muy feo cuando usted tiene un salón y le molesta algo de su empleada su deber es decirle en privado no alante de la gente y hacerla sentir mal porque se que ella se sintió mal , y tengo 3 días que me hice mis uñas y es la primera vez que mis uñas se ven de horrible y uno no espera que se vean así uno pagando tanto y un salón tan bello deje las uñas de uno tan fea y pagando 100 dólares por todo .. mejora tu servicio .

Ridiculously unprofessional! I recommend you take the time to read this review if you don’t want to waste $50 on terrible service!! I went there Friday afternoon, sometime between 5:30-5:45 p.m. I asked for SNS & the girl working there said she can do it if I come back in 45 minutes. She called at 6:45 and told me she’s available so I went back a few minutes before 7p.m. She asked another girl to soak my nails & as this girl was doing that, the first girl asked me what color I wanted. I told her I wanted black nails and the color of a flag (which requieres 3 colors/3stripes) on the ring finger, & she said she didn’t know how to do designs. I said it’s not a design, it’s only three stripes & she said she’ll see what she can do. If you say that, it should mean you’re going to try! If she would have said she wouldn’t try, I wouldn’t have stayed! Meanwhile she was taking care of another client which seemed to be her friend. The other girl proceeded to file off the sns with a nail filer & scratched my nails terribly, I asked her to remove the tips that I had on 3 of my nails & she started picking at it with a nipper cutter. I was afraid that she would damage my nail. She gave up & said that the other girl would do the rest with the drill machine. The other girl took so long to come back to me because she soaked those two nails again & went outside to talk to her friend. Just the soak took her around an hour. When she came back, she was in such a rush to do my nails, she filed my nail bed to remove the tips, she had the machine at high speed & burned my nail! I pulled away & told her it burned me & she just grabbed my nail & continued. She burned all three nails! After that she asked me what I wanted to do with the three other nails that were broken & I asked if she can put tips on them, she said it would be $45 instead of $35. Usually the other place I go to charges $1 extra per tip. So I asked why the full $45 if it’s only for three nails, she said that she charges $7 extra per individual nail. I decided to just get it over with & agreed on the $45. When she added the tips on the nails she asked what shape I wanted, I asked for coffin shape & if she could even out all the nails to the shortest nail which was the index finger nail. All she did was file them a bit & they were still all different lengths. She was about to add the base coat so I stopped her, asked her to even them out & she had this annoyed/frustrated look on her face, cut them & said “is that good with you?” I said yes because I just wanted to get out of there already & it was so obvious that they were still uneven! She started painting the nails & she was about to paint the ring finger black also & I said “wait you’re supposed to do the design.” She has the audacity to respond with an attitude, “I don’t know what to tell you, I’m not going to do the design, I don’t know how to do designs & honestly I don’t even want to try because I’m not going to sit here & dip 3 different colors, 3 different times.” I was so frustrated but I tried so hard to remain calm & I said it’s okay, she could just add purple to that nail. She proceeded to paint them & left such big gaps with no color on most nails. Two of them were the most noticeable ones. I asked her to add more on the middle finger. She looked over at her friend in frustration & added more color to that. I didn’t even bother asking her to fix the thumb nails as well. She only did two layers instead of 4. The transparency of some of the nails is so noticeable. Some nails are so lumpy! I was debating whether I should tip her. She then told the other girl to charge me for a “skinny dip and the tips.” I was never told that they charge extra for a nail soak. Other places don’t do this! I was charged $48.26. I left the shop at 9:10 pm! It’s Monday now and the top coat of these nails is already chipping off! I will never be going back to that place!

Debbie is incredible at what she does. She keeps Shaping at the level it should be-an art. She is meticulous and does an excellent job. Kaylee also did a great job with my pedicure, for the first time my cuticles didn't get cut.... Will definitely be going back in 2 weeks, Thanks Ladies Keep Up The Great Work!

Wanted to love it because the Dominican women in this salon are wonderful but the technical work needs improvement. Misha and Mia (?) were absolutely wonderful and friendly tho, and Mia gives great massages! The salon is affordable (went with a Groupon) and has lots of little additions that you can add on to your experience.

So on October 15 I went to get my eyes done just to get an eyeshadow color on it. No mascara, no lashes, no eyebrows done. I’ve been there before to do my entire eyes including eyebrows and lashes for $55. The price $55 is still the cost. I never complained. But this time, I had to deposit $25 before going then when finished, she charged me $64+5 tip. Ended up paying $94! When she took my credit card I was like “you guys have gotten very expensive”. She said “well yes these prices have changed”. So I went back an hour later to claim that I was over charged, the lady there agreed that I was overcharged $20 which I’m still thinking it was more. She said I should see that amount by Monday the 17th. Nothing that week. Went back a week later and all she keeps telling me that the manager will call me back. Today is the 26th and nothing. I had to dispute this with my credit card. What a disgrace how people just take advantage of hard working people. I’m very upset and will never set a foot here. $55 plus NY sales tax should be $59.88 not $89. I work in sales and know the rules that any extra charge must be put up. $90 for just an eyeshadow that all it took was like less than twenty minutes and I left to do my nails and pedicure which took an hour paying $30 total, go figure, it’s ridiculous! With so many freelancers out there, I best to go with that on special occasions.

This place has forever been my place of self care and zen but I got to say during this pandemic it has been even more so. Mia gives the best pedicures and massages you can imagine. Mesha's gel nails/manicure are amazing. I feel like a Queen when I come here; it's a happy place for me. The vibes are always good. What I also enjoy are the conversations we have always intellectual and memorable. I constantly recommend this place to anyone and everyone because it really is a great place to just relax; with great self care services.
