honestly, you guys forget it’s a hair SCHOOL. of course you guys won’t have the best hair because people some learning and trying to improve on their work. if you want more of a professional atmosphere then go to a hair SALON, not a SCHOOL. the wait time was fine for me and i liked how everyone was trying to help each other in some way

Third time I'm having same problem with the man at the counter he is very rude and not welcoming. I will never come there or refere a friend to go there . Management you needs to talk to your staff thank you ?

Extremely unprofessional! After being up charged for long hair, and here 3 + hours to complete a color only, I’m still waiting. I’m waiting for a student to finish doing the student who was doing my hairs, hair. Yes you read that correctly. I’m waiting as my stylist gets her hair done. Not only that, I had to tell the student to wash my hair twice, and to condition my hair. (The worse wash and condition I’ve ever had) To say that I’m extremely annoyed is an understatement.

I think my time coming here has come to an end. This is absolutely unacceptable. No instructor has said a word. Almost 4 hours and counting when it was only 4 people in front of me is crazy. Complete disregard for the customers time. I usually have a decent experience. But after 7 years off and on, all of a sudden I should be charged for long hair. I would have been ok with that if the rest of my experience wasn’t horrible.

It was stress-less, informative and economical. I will be regularly be getting my hair and facial hair groomed there.

DONT COME HERE! Your hair would either be good or bad depending on the students. I had a student not know what she is doing and didn’t even know how to blow dry, flat iron, and trim hair. She needed help by a professional who was telling me my hair won’t get heat damaged because I told her I can already tell my hair would be heat damaged. My instincts were right . I washed my silk press 1 week later and it was heat damaged. Straight pieces . If you go to the shop tell them you need a professional not a student who don’t know what they’re doing .

Terrible customer service, I came to get a relaxer then a blow dry, asked the cost I was told the price is $46, I really called not paying as much when I was there my previous visit. I looked at the price list which did not state that, I tried asking the older lady with the short hair cut a few questions she just very rudely told
me if you believe is too expensive then go somewhere else. What a nasty and unprofessional way to speak to someone. Very poor mannered human.

My mother comes here every now and then when she doesn’t want the hassle of doing her own hair and I take good detail of the work done on her. If your looking for a simple blow out you may have SOME luck but the students need more education on cutting. My mother received a sloppy poorly done hair cut and she let me know that the educators were satisfied, the cut was uneven, choppy and blunt, to my surprise it was done by hand, the student obviously needs better sheers and to map better guidelines throughout the cut so it’s not so patchy. The hair definitely gained more weight but it needs to be even inside and out. This is an educational institution which itself needs more education and more of a modern touch to hair unfortunately.
