I called the front office on Tuesday To schedule a boom truck for my job. Nice lady who works in the office, However not knowledgeable about the services that they have or the guidelines that they use. At the end of conversation Tuesday she said no problem we will have it out there Thursday for you. I got a call from her on Wednesday morning asking me 3 things.
1) to find out what time they should be there. I told them.

2) if i needed the size boom truck that i needed, the reason she was asking because there was somebody else who wanted it. probably someone with a bigger contract. I said yes i need that size.

3) that they needed a credit card. so i gave it to them no problem

Then i got a call back about 2 hrs later saying that they worried about the company that i was using for my concrete company. that there concrete was going to get stuck in their pump. If that was the case she should of asked me in the beginning of the conversation. However i assured them that it would be safe. she then continued to try and explain why it wouldn't work of course not making sense because she didnt know what she was talking about. So i asked to speak to someone that did know what they were talking about. she said that they would have somebody call me back so they could explain more thoroughly.

I got a call back 20 min later it was Le Ann saying that they are declining my job because of the concrete company i was using. I was livid they said i had ample time to get another truck there. in reality i have 12 hrs and anybody who knows about ordering concrete pumps is that you cant get next day pumps. So i had to cancel my $8000 concrete order and spend countless hours trying to find a concrete pumping service

i would not recommend this company they will cost way more money in the long run then it is worth. And they are on the high side of pricing.
