I’m sad to say that after 3 years of doing business with B&C, and after recommending them to dozens of teams, I am giving them a one star. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
This place is crumbling around the owner. I highly recommend you find someone else to fulfill your uniform needs..... here’s why.
Like I said we used B&C for years and were very happy.... until the Spring of 2018. That’s when the wheels starting falling off quality and communication wise.
We ordered sublimated jerseys (35 of them for 3 teams). The pictures I’m attaching are what the jerseys looked like after our very first game. 80% of them had snags, puffs of material coming out of them, or an actual tear. This included coach’s uniform tops and they don’t even play.
So B&C remade them all again citing “bad material from their manufacturer”.
Round 2 of sublimated jerseys - they did the same thing even though we were told they used “better material” this time. Also our uniforms are black and the way sublimated is made - each part of a jersey is dyed separately then sewn together. Well our jerseys were different shades of black. Some liked like they had dark green sleeves for example.
We also ordered sublimated hoodies as well. The hoodies had the same snag and coloring issue as well as hoods so small our kids could not wear the hood without being choked.
So... round 3 of jerseys were made by B&C and a second round of 30 hoodies were made.
The 3rd round of jerseys still had all kids of quality issues. At this point we were 75% of the way through the Spring season and we decided to go to tackle twill jerseys for the Fall of 2018. B&C tried to make it right again by giving us a discounted rate.
At this point we are well into $4K in jerseys before the tackle twill.
Between jersey issues we had a few parents that wanted a hat. So I ordered a few. Waited literally a month and called to find out a status. I was told OC Sports “discontinued” our hat and there was nothing we could do but switch to a different hat. I called OC Sports directly and the hat was not discontinued. When I told B&C this they informed me the people they order OC from aren’t carrying it anymore. I asked for that company and called them to inquire. They had never carried OC Sports... ever. They never called to inform me if hadn’t been ordered ... they just let me believe it was in production.
So at this point I started moving my artwork and orders to a different company in Yukon.
So here we are in the Fall of 2018. I take 30 jersey blanks to B&C to have the tackle twill applied. I took it there 5 weeks before our first game. Two weeks before our first game I put in 5-6 phone calls to get an update to see if we are still pacing having the jerseys by our first Fall game. I kept getting “Jordan isn’t here and I don’t know I need to ask her”. So frustrated after several days of calling and being promised return calls I ask for the owner. He finally gets Jordan on the phone.
The jerseys weren’t done until the day of our first game so I rush to go pick them up. When I get there I notice one hasn’t been made (Friday). They then told me it would be ready the following Monday. So Monday I call and make sure it’s ready before I take the 30 min drive to them. Come to find out they now tell me it won’t be ready until Wednesday. I then ask to speak to the owner to voice my frustration. Before I can get two words out the owner rips into me saying “why every time you have a SMALL problem you ask to talk to me!!!! Your jerseys will be done Wednesday! What else do you want me to do!?!?”. After telling him his people shouldn’t have set me expectations for Monday then he tells me that this will be the last jersey they make for our team. I hung up.
So today is Thursday and I was just told “after you and Mike got off the phone Monday our machine broke and we can’t make the jersey”. But no call between Mon and Thurs.
Hopefully this review will convince you to steer clear of B&C.
