I grew up going to this store had amazing clothes,shoes,perfume,makeup etc I recently went and got pro club sweat pants and I go a lot for makup they have all the newest trends at great quality stuff! The Customer service is good to me I’ve never ran into any bad situations. the guy at the counter always tells me tips on how to wash Sertant clothing so they won’t get messed up.

Let me start by clearing up THIS IS NOT A RACIAL MATTER! ?
The clothing prices are not affordable anymore
The staff including the owners and their son are rude and disrespectful people.
I will no longer be supporting this store and strongly advise that the owners be investigated due to the way the other employees are treated .. awful people.

So I went in today around 2 o’clock to get a gift for my little brother. Other than getting him a gift I decided to get some other items but unfortunately I had to leave them because if I remember C&C used to be a bit cheaper but now it seems like their prices have gone up. the items I had were a flannel two pairs of socks and three single socks of a character I go up to the counter and the person that is there the cashier who is very rude. The stuff that I had came a total of $50 so I took them off. He ends up, making a comment that the amount of money that he saw in my hand wasn’t going to be enough. I felt that it was very rude that he said that . In my mind it’s him basically calling me broke. The only items I got were a flannel and a chain that I saw as soon as I left the store, I said the D word.

First and last time we will ever purchase from this place! The guy at the counter is rude. I understand that he needed an ID for purchase, then why did he charge my card first? Not only that, but just the way he looks at you is rude. No thanks. I'll just drive to Oceanside or order from Amazon.

Worst customer service ever, I've tried to give it a couple of tries, but the owners son is just so rude and condescending. And like some previously stated, he acts like he doesn't want to be there. If I were to proudly say "this is my mom's shop" I would treat the people or the place the same way

The owner is extremely racist and extremely entitled. I parked near by to tend to my baby. There were over 20 empty spots and the owner seemed to take offense that my big truck was taking up two spots. She then proceeded to cuss me out and tell me that she owned all the spots and demanded I move. Then her husband came out and gestured that he was going to pull his fire arm out on me. I don't recommend anyone going to this business.

Rude and racial profiling. Followed a 13 yr old around the store for no reason. Then proceeded to argue with mom and cuss her out and called them racial slurs. Refused to let teenager look through clothes. Absolutely horrible costumer service. would give a 0 if i could.

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service and they sell cheaply made clothes at ridiculously high prices. I was trying to add the things I purchased in my head after she gave me the total and she said “I give you receipt we don’t cheat people or what you think” in a very rude way. I was not accusing her of cheating anyone and to me that is just an un-necessary comment to say to your customer. I will not be coming back!! Would not recommend anyone shop here.
