They are very unprofessional. Joy the office manager hires people who don't even have a license and sends them to people with very severe problems. I have had the worst experience I have gotten no help from these people. Are they even real? They tell you about how great their life is and that they're working from home and that they have vacations to go on. What kind of place is this?! No one calls you back and then they text you from their phone personal lines while at gym glass with their kids. How do I know all that? They told me. I should get paid for this. The girl Skylar should not be able to get a license. I actually went to school for business communication and psychology. I know what they're doing is not right. They are not helping people in the Vegas community. With a three-star rating for a practice like this they should be closed down!

They are unprofessional and they will add on services that were never provided. NP also lied to my Insurance claiming that I denied the zoom follow up appointment. She called my cell phone two hours prior to the follow up appointment asking if it can be done over the phone instead. I said sure, I know she probably wanted to get out of work early on a Sunday. Then she says she doesn’t know how I got her number as I was calling to get her to email me the results . It’s because you called me from that number! Caught up in her lies. I wish I would have seen all the other bad reviews as this could have been avoided. This is for the Tropicana location.

Well this office started off really well. The doctor I had really cared about my well being and took her job seriously. A true professional. Well unfortunately it didn't end well. The doctor I was seeing left and then I got treated by the bottom of the barrel when it comes to staff. The first doctor I saw basically told me things would be okay when I came to her about my mental health issues. She didn't continue the treatment that was working for me that had been established before. She was a black woman that literally belittled and downplayed my issues. Then I had another appointment with a Hispanic lady. She was worse than the previous doctor and basically called me a drug addict but in a professional manner. Then the last doctor was great. A southern gentleman that actually listened to my issues. Well this morning I got an email, not a phone call telling me that I was discharged from care because my issues are more than they can handle. No what they meant was I'm going to complain when I'm not treated with respect and for that we're not going to treat you. This office still doesn't do in office visits and their staff is trash that doesn't care about the well being of their patients. I'm going to continue to complain when I'm not treated fairly or my care plan doesn't work. Mental health issues are not taken seriously at this clinic and I hope no one self harms or worse because they can't get the care they need or deserve here at this clinic. As someone who is a cutter this was the worse possible place for me to be.

This is the worse Health Care provider you will ever deal with. After getting the referral straight from Optum to have my sleeping pills refilled, they set 3 video consolations. There was mis-communication on the first two, but we worked it out. On the 3rd, they sent two reminder...at 8:15 pm the night scheduled, no one showed, no one called. I then spent 4 days emailing, calling, leaving messages. Finally someone picked up and apologized, stating they would call me back within the hour. They never called and I've continued to call and leave messages. Finally Optum referred me over to a Health Care provider that takes care of their patients. This place is a joke...do not use them.

Great for Tricare families. Most places in Vegas don’t take Tricare or you’re on a long waiting list. After completing the paperwork, I was scheduled with my clinician the same week. For the teenager giving us the blues, they were also able to find her a therapist quickly!

Completely Incompetent and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be seen, and three days before our appointment Chris Carter (the business owner) contacts me to say that our appointment has been cancelled due to their vacation plans and they weren't sure when they would be able to reschedule us. What kind of practice cancels an appointment just to take a vacation? I called the phone number, but it appear to be Carter's cell phone and he would just screen my calls. I contacted him by email multiple times as well asking if they could reschedule, but only received one response saying they weren't sure when they would be able to schedule an appointment again. I've never run across a practice that operates so incompetently in all my life. What kind of practice doesn't keep a calendar?

Office staff is nice. It’s pretty convenient being able to get what I need from home. They’ve had a lot of providers but Sheree has been consistent lately. No complaints here.

Even though they are recommended through insurance, they will no longer take teachers insurance will not help us teachers in need. They are still being promoted through the psychology today website though giving hope where there is none.
