I was talking about the benefits of Centro Assist for NDIS providers yesterday and thought I would share my perspective in a review. I purchased a basic set of policies and procedures last year and was amazed at what I received. It was so much more than just a set of documents and I was impressed with all the follow up information about changes.

I had spent more than 5K on a consultant when I first started my NDIS business and I didn't get anywhere near that information. It was a waste of money. I wish I had just purchased Centro documents.

For me looking back, the greatest value for a NDIS business is that Centro invest their time and effort into keeping up with NDIS changes and refining tools. It's like having a fulltime staff member in the back room. Is priceless support when everyone is busy running a business. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!

I am their current customer. Their system is very difficult to understand and does not give liberty to customise your purchased documents according to your organisation requirements. Also contrary top their claims that they will do anything for you, after you paid money, they want many things done by yourself. They have very tricky tricks and will put all the pressure upon you to do lot of paper work, although you have paid them to do this thing. To verify all this, any body can contact me.
