We received a bill from them, my family and I have never been to this clinic. I have called on so many occasions to see why im being charged for an appointment that i never went to or made. The only time they did answer they transferred me to billing who never answered either. Crappy ranned office

Dr. Villaluz is a great doctor but unfortunately his staff is the absolute worst! Trying to get a hold of his nurse is almost impossible. When transferred from the front desk, who is horrible by the way, the phone just rings and rings until it disconnects. Who in this day and age doesn't have an answering or voicemail system?! When you finally do get a hold of his nurse she's not very friendly and will not follow through with what she says. I called to get a refill authorization for my mother's blood pressure medication because she ran out of refills and the pharmacy had been trying to contact them. Jennifer, his nurse, then advised me that she needed to come in to see Dr. Villaluz because she hadn't been seen in over 6 months. I scheduled her a follow up but asked if she could call in a refill until her appointment, which is not until the middle of June, and she said she would do so. I called the pharmacy to ensure the refill authorization was submitted but it had not been. I've tried multiple times again to get a hold of his nurse Jennifer with no success. So I finally asked the front desk to leave her a message to call me back. Did I get a call back, nope! My sister called the office again and she got the same treatment I did. She finally just yelled at them and the medical assistant said she would call the pharmacy to authorize a refill until our mom's follow up. Checked with the pharmacy again and they hadn't received anything. Although we like Dr. Villaluz, his staff is awful. I recommend the doctor but I can't get past his disastrous staff.

Horrible customer service! Stay away. I have been been a loyal patient to the office since 1999 and my experience recently has been unbelievable. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I was transferred around for about 45 minutes because they couldn't schedule an appointment due to her age, even though I have taken my daughter there since she was 10, she is now 17. They finally scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, they did not have her on the schedule. This made me very upset but they agreed to see her. When the doctor came in she started screaming at me and my daughter telling us we were disrespectful and that she has other patients to see. Very unprofessional and called my daughter a Princess in a sarcastic tone. Please stay way from this office and from doctor Cristina A. Belanger. She was so rude, I can't believe she would treat a patient the way she did, It saddens me to leave the office but I will not return.

Absolutely a horrible Doctors, Dr villaluze is the worst I was in there and was told by him " shut up and don't talk when I'm talking you don't ask questions until I m done and you don't speak till I say so". How rude can someone get. He also asked me how much I weigh and I told him I was 170 he told me "that still to fat" way to make a person feel horrible about themselves. And to top it off the staff was clueless about everything. Never going there again, military family please stay away !!!!

I called this morning asking if they accepted new patients, was told yes. The woman stated they could get me in April. I tried booking the appointment, once she learned I would be paying cash and did not have insurance, she then stated, they do not take new patients.

Horrible costumer service , the girls in the front office act like its the worst job ever , not friendly or nice , not even on the phone there friendly . I love my parents Doctor Cristina bellinger , she's great doctor but just because of the service , I want to change them to another doctor because , people like he ruin someone's day , don't go my advice try different office

Stay away from this place please they only want your money and insurance info of course, they don't care about your health, they denied
My medication for my pressure because they want me to pay of course ,i call to get a refill the girl told me ( if you feel bad cuz you don't have pills call 911,, or if you want your medicine from us i need you to pay $75 but i can't give you a receipt,,i was like whats'' anyway the girls from the staff are dirty ,no manners this place its disgusting just like the personal please stay away from this place
