So I attended a recertification class this evening and I had a great time. Brushed up on my skills and I had a great instructor. I highly recommend this place for individuals and groups. Fabulous place and I will definitely be using their services again. Also they offered several types of classes for different age levels and I found exactly what I was looking for and needing. If you're looking for a friendly, helpful, dedicated instructor, I highly recommend Keisha Burnett. She was so very nice and helped to understand things so much better.

I love the fact that this is black owned!! Staff here is very professional patient and accommodating. Instructor Bernette was great at ensuring I understood all the steps necessary for my training! Very nice establishment and I highly recommend

10/10 would recommend! Came to Queen of Hearts for my BLS certification and the staff were really warm, welcoming and nice. Keisha was really great & also the other instructor that was with her as well. Sadly I forgot her name but they were both amazing. If you ever need your bls or cpr certifications, come to Queen of Hearts!
