Uzasno.. rezervirala sam svoj termin tjedan dana prije. Dobila sam ga u subotu no kad sam dosla i kad je cura pocela radit usla je druga cura i rekla da i ona ima tada termin. Nazvala sam seficu koja me je uvjeravala da je to moja greska jer nema nigdje napisano u porukama a ja uzela slobodan dan bas zbog toga. Neprofesionalno, drsko i bezobrazno ponasanje vlasnice kad sam joj to rekla. Pritom cura koja mi je trebala radit nokte mi je pokazala sliku gdje pise 13. nedjelja a 13. je subota tako mi je i receno. Nakon sto je cura ta kojoj je termin kad i meni dosla radnica mi je skidala nokte elektricnom turpijom i isla skroz do jagodica oprzila mi je cjele jagodice i 3 sata nakon uzasno pece. Pustena iz salona s oturpijanim i jako ostecenim noktima bez ikakvog zastitnog laka. Nikad vise!!!!

Super, odlično, prezadovoljna noktićima i brzinom kojom ih je djelatnica izradila. Ispočetka sam bila skeptična zbog te brzine, mislila sam da nema šanse da to dobro ispadne, no, nasreću, djelatnica je i više nego kvalificirana za posao koji radi. Hvalaaa, i svakako se vidimo ponovno! Apsolutno svaka preporuka!

Ouch. Painful. Caused bleeding and redness. My fingers are still red and irritated two days later. Pedicure lacking as well and some pain and irritation on my toes.

Pedikura ispod svake razine. Trajni lak se nanosi bez base i top coata vrlo neuredno. Salon cilja na kvantitetu, a ne kvalitetu, sto jasno mozete vidjeti i na slikama.

Terrible service. By the comments of the nails then even worse.

I scheduled waxing. I arrived 8 minutes late and didn't even have the opportunity to explain. Every company has at least 10 minutes of tolerance. The maid treated me very badly and was rude. She wasn't even available when I arrived and still complained that I was late. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Péssimo atendimento. Pelos comentários das unhas então pior ainda.
Marquei depilação. Cheguei 8 minutos atrasada e nem tive a oportunidade de explicar. Toda empresa tem pelo menos 10 minutos de tolerância. A empregada me tratou super mal e foi grosseira. Ela nem disponível estava quando cheguei e ainda reclamou que cheguei atrasada. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Painful experience, unhygienic, and rude staff. I came back 3-4 times to this salon, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are not many places to get your nails done in Hvar. Every time I went in, service was worse and worse. Last time I went in, nothing was cleaned and the manicure tools were super dirty.

I want small businesses to succeed so I really resisted writing this review. But the manicures my daughter and I received 6 weeks ago are the gifts that keep on giving and I think people should know before they book. I needed removal of shellac and a mani; my daughter removal of gel and a mani. I was first. The staff began as I regularly have my shellac removed, with the drill. But she just kept going - no acetone? No, she explained, this is called a Russian. Ok, she's the pro right? She began working on my cuticles with clippers. 2 of my nails were bleeding and painful, as other recent photos show for other customers going to the salon. She applied the regular polish I chose and I moved off the chair for my daughter to start. Her gels were also removed exclusively with the drill. Neither my daughter or I have had gels before so didn't question. I looked at my nails - mottled, is the best word, like bumpy. I assumed it was a bad polish bottle. When my daughter finished I showed the staff my nails. She said it was probably the polish but maybe there was more smoothing to do with the shellac. What? It's not off? Ok... She applied remover to take off the polish. The pain on my cut cuticles was enormous. She drilled some more and then applied a new polish, first to the hand with the cuts. Mottled again. Another bad polish, she remarked. Trying to be agreeable, I okayed removal and another polish. Embarrassed to say I repeated this removal/ pain to the cut cuticles/ another polish twice more until I told her to stop. A total of 4 polish attempts. She had the nerve to try to charge me the full amount - I said no way: I was going to have to buy polish, and antibiotic, to treat myself. She took off 20 Euros and we got out to there. My daughter showed me her nails: also mottled. Now 6 weeks later our nails look like spoons from being carved out, mine worse and brittle for being drilled twice, our natural nail surface ruined and bumpy, and my shellac not entirely gone. My two cut cuticle nails, perhaps coincidentally have had to be treated for fungal infection. I'm happy to tell the owner which technician this was...but I'm pretty sure she knows.

jako sam zadovoljna, napravila je isto kao sto sam pokazala sa slike. Bila sam gotova u manje od sat vremena sa ugradnjom gela i nail artom. Usluga vrlo ljubazna.
