I was lucky enough to have a treatment with Kath last week and she worked wonders on the tension I had in my neck and shoulders. She used a combination of strong massage, cupping and acupuncture to perfectly tailor the treatment to my problem areas, she has so much expertise and made me feel super relaxed too.
