Be careful everyone !!! Once you buy something and its not working or you want to cancel the purchase when only did a down payment without a conclusion of contract, they never give you back your money. No matter how hard you try, the staff always come up with other excuses why you can't talk to the boss of the shop.
>One time the boss is on holiday, the next time they are not allowed to call their own boss<. Also the staff is not allowed to give money back but the only one who is allowed (the boss), you cant contact ! In the end the only way to get your own money back is to report it at a police station. Please take care of yourself and don't buy something there!! The whole strategy is based on making you losing a lot of money on products which are not even worth the money you spend , very aggressive!!! They also trying to make you believe that you have no right for a refund by forcing you to exchange it into another product and forget about your right to get your refund back!!! Really annoying and disrespectful atmosphere ! But dont give up make them clear that there is a law in Germany and they can't just do what they want!
