I have gotten my eyebrows done a little while ago. Maryann did a great job on my tattoo eyebrows but every time it was for me to follow up scheduling an appointment was awful. The things that was offer to me wasn’t follow up like my Touch up it’s been unsuccessful. So I am not a happy customer right now. I have been trying since last year to get in to get a touch up, excuse after excuse. It’s like her schedule in May at a time that’s convenient for me doesn’t work with her schedule . I don’t know if that happens with anyone else, but it has been a big issue with her and I setting up a schedule for her to do a touch up me. I feel like I’m being treated unfairly. It has been very hard now I’m looking somewhere else to go get a touchup and a follow up and hopefully that the same thing doesn’t happen to me. Maryann does a great job but has a customer I feel like I have been treated unfairly and that hurts.

When I arrived Maria was very friendly and professional, the first thing she did was sat down and have a conversation with me about the procedure, she also asked me what I wanted.
It’s been 3 weeks since I had my brows done and I must say I’m still loving them. They are healed and I have beautiful color and outline. I don’t need a follow up but I will get one for longevity.
