Horrible experience I had last time I was there! Apparently the guy heavy weight long beard white guy sitting at the entrance giving you the number, asking you now if you a citizen or not!? What a question!!! Anyway that wasn't the problem, the issue I see is the way he asked! At front of me there was 2 Hispanic guys and he asked if there were citizens, them answered Yes... He right away said: I don't think so... Whaaat!!!? I was in shock! It was my turn, asked me the same question and I said yes .. he said again: I don't think so... And have me a number... I said: I think so and showed him my American passport! Hello!! And then he changed the number and handled it to me! It was his attitude and the racist tone he used towards Hispanics. That's not a place for him to work. I tried to talk to a manager but apparently he was gone for few days! I don't have any issue with anyone else there, it's a great place and fast service. The Lady that helped me at the counter even said that actually they are asking if you a citizen or resident at the entrance it's to better direct you to the right window! Which I don't see that as a problem, it's just the way and the racist tone that guy used. He needs to understand that there is Hispanics who are American citizens too! Hello!

The man at the front desk was very disrespectful and walked off when confronted. He was unable to even apologize about yelling at us. After he left another man came and talked to us in a rude tone. Customer service skills need to be learned at this place and how to treat customers with respect. Good or bad day you should never take that out on customers especially as a worker.

Excellent service. Very efficient. Surprisingly quick. I got my new license in probably under 5 minutes out the door.

As a side note. Anyone who uses the "these people work for me because I pay taxes" as an excuse to deride people for their negative experience in some particular case is clearly lacking in human empathy. They work for the state, not you. People who make these complaints are likely the same people who at the same time complain taxes are too high.

I was dreading going here, but they made it super easy! I arrived 10 minutes before they opened on a Saturday morning and there was already a line of people waiting outside, but the employees were super friendly and efficient. I was out with my new Real ID and updated photo within 30 minutes. And in case anyone else is confused (I was), this location DOES do both photos/camera cards AND real ID.
