We like doctor Boutros and the staff is nice and courteous. We have waited a lot. I would say almost every time. Last time 45m today 35m. That I don't believe has much to.do.with the.drs. skill, its about scheduling too many ppl per day. We have been told several times - this happened or that happened but ultimately when it consistently happens, the schedule is too tight. As we prepare for Mikes knee surgery next week we still have.tons of confidence with the surgery staff, are happy with Dr. Boutros and today we met PA Nick McKeon (sp) and he was very knowledgeable and left me feeling good and confident that we are moving forward.

I was very pleased going here for a work physical. I was able to walk in and get assistance right away. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The whole experience took less than an hour. And, I liked the the building was new, clean, and airy.

Everyone was courteous & helpful. The sign in front said a hour wait (for the Ortho Express) but it didn't take that long. Dr Borchardt took the time to explain my injury & the treatment.

Orthoillinois was a waste if time! You don't even get to see a medical doctor he was a nurse practitioner talked so fast asking me 20000 questions He basically just rushed me out of there I am so so sick of this world
