I lived in this apartment for a year, and it was a frustrating experience. When I moved in, I was promised a clean apartment, but I was greeted with a filthy room that I had to clean myself. The maintenance team was decent, but the office staff were unhelpful and dismissive, often cutting me off on the phone and rarely responding to emails.

There were serious problems with mold in the AC vents, which were marked as fixed on work orders but remained unresolved, posing a health risk. The grass cutting was done poorly, leaving a mess everywhere. To make matters worse, smoke from other units would frequently seep into mine, and nothing was done to address this nuisance.

Auto-pay issues were another headache. When a system error led to an overcharge, a friend of mine wasn’t refunded but was instead forced to use the extra amount towards future rent only.

Upon moving out, I made sure to thoroughly clean the apartment, but I was still charged a $50 trash fee. This apartment has been a constant source of stress and disappointment. I do not recommend it.

I moved out of my apartment here around August 9th. It is now October and I have still not received any of my deposit back, as stated in my move out statement. I have tried contacting multiple times through email, and they WILL NOT RESPOND (they responded once saying they will look into it a month ago. I have emailed kindly for updates for a month without a response)

At first, I enjoyed the management here as they were helpful in person, and thought very highly of them. However, i now see how they lack communication skills. Do not live here.

I DO NOT recommend. Move-out is terrible, being charged around $450. They charged a lot of money. My apt was flooded; frozen water lines bursted out-> they move all stuff to all over the places; dryer was dead; dirty drain water out of the sink. It was fixed but still happened drained liquid. At mid June, New room mates are dirty- never clean common area. Though Old one caused a mess already

Everything they charged me around $450 moving out: cleaning, touchup, paint, other else that are from their room condition and bursting water lines. I had to call 3-4 weeks to fix dryers; no water for 1 week; no hot water for 2 weeks……. Terrible overcharged. You should spend money somewhere else.

It is not saving you money. It will cost more in total. I have not been charged any money after the rent for this stupid thing. This is the first one.

Rented here about a year ago and at first, I was so excited! I loved my roommate, and the apartment was affordable. Fast forward a week into our lease and my roommate started waking up with a rash every morning. We later found bed bugs in our outlet (we took the covers off to check). When we confronted management about this issue, they sent a pest guy up to check it out. This guy had to convince management that we had bed bugs! I literally heard him say "no, I looked, it's definitely bed bugs". To make the situation worse, they wouldn't give me or my roommate our security deposit back because we "broke the lease".. it took me 4 months of persistent calls to FINALLY get my deposit back.. stay away. Stay FAR AWAY.
